A NEW residential development of 100 units on the outskirts of Wellington, Lady Blake, is proposed on 32 hectares of land on the Lady Loch Road, next to Douglas Green Winery. The proposed development footprint will be approximately 5,2 ha in extent. A basic assessment report is available at the Wellington Library.
