THE Drakenstein Municipality intends to finalise a heritage survey for the Drakenstein municipal area. More than 1000 buildings older than 60 years have been evaluated and listed, including those on farms.

Property owners and interested and affected parties are invited to attend two open days where consultants will be available for consultation.

The open days are on 13 May in the Huguenot Community Hall (10:00 to 19:00) and 18 May at the Saron library hall (10:00 to 19:00).

Documentation regarding the study is available at libraries and municipal offices until 24 May.
