KANO’S
The first of the Berg River races for the 2010 WCCU season takes place this Saturday, between the Dal Josaphat Bridge in Paarl and the Lady Loch Bridge near Wellington. The distance is 18 km and the race is essentially a Novices Race. The event will begin at 10:00 and registration (08:30) will be in he parking area in the vicinity of the Dal Josaphat Bridge.

* GMT Paarl-Oos Krieketklub hou op 18 Mei sy gholfdag te Boschenmeer. Die klub se bekeruitdeling vind op 28 Mei plaas by Bolandpark. Kaartjies (R80) is beskikbaar by kaptein Justin Watts (073-297-1822), kaptein Andrew Apollis, Jack Daniels en Luaan Solomons.
HIKING
The Happy Feet Hiking Club will host an 8km hike on Saturday 15 May alongthe Elands River Hiking Trail. The hiking team will depart from the Boland Cricket Stadium on Saturday at 07:00. Entry fee is R80 and you can register with Roland Julies on 084-645-8763. Only 20 hikers will be allowed.
