THE basic impact assessment of the development of the farm Azalea Acres (farm 1262) opposite Boschenmeer for residential development, has been released.
The proposed development entails the development ot 62 residential erven with an average size of 350 square metres overlooking the Wilde Paarde River. The houses will be about 220 square metres each.
The site of 4,9 hectares is zoned for agricultural use and was previously the site of a nursery. It lies within the demarcated urban edge of the Drakenstein Municipality.
