THE movies Shucks Tshabalala's Survival guide to South Africa 2010 and Prince of Persia can be seen this week (28 May to 3 June) at Mini Max in Paarl.
* In Shucks Tshabalala's Survival guide to South Africa 2010 (PG)
Shucks and his friend, Shorty, are commissioned by the 2010 tourism body to produce a movie as a visual guide and aid for foreigners coming to SA for the World Cup.
* Prince of Persia (10V) is based on the video game, which follows an adventurous prince who teams up with a rival princess to stop an angry ruler from unleashing a sandstorm that could destroy the world.
Ticket prices for all shows are R25 (R15 if you bring your local library card). Booking times are Mondays to Saturdays from 09:00 and Sundays from 12:00. For the dates and time, contact 021-872-0714/5.
* Toy Story 3 starts on 25 June.
