* Entertainer. Popular entertainer Emo Adams and his band will be performing at Winners at the Golden Valley Casino in Worcester at 21:00 on Friday 28 May. Tickets are R50. For tickets, contact the Golden Valley Casino on 023-348-7200.
* Exhibitions. Francois van Reenen’s “whimsical’, fantastic’ and beautiful’ La La Land exhibition can be seen at The Gallery at Grande Provence Estate in Franschhoek until 23 June.
* An exhibition is on view at the new ‘Is art’ gallery at Le Quartier Francais in Franschhoek until 8 June. The work of Shany van den Berg, Rosouw van der Walt, Wiebke von Bismarck and Sarah Walters will be on display.
* Production. The production Son of the Wind runs at the Artscape Theatre from 27 to 30 May, starring Benjamin Masseka from Angola and Riekert Moyo, Elsabé Chifuko and Wentzel Katjara from Namibia.
