Free tickets for scholars to concert

THE organisers of the concert of the Schoonhoven Brass Band at the amphitheatre on Paarl Mountain on Saturday are offering free tickets to all scholars.
The band, the 2003 Eurobrass champions, was formed in 1921 and is a recipient of the royal medal of honour of the State of the Netherlands.
Brass Band Schoonhoven comprise of three bands, each with their own individual sound and their 75 members ranging in age form 7 to 70.
They will be performing with the Cape Town Concert Brass (CTCB), a collection of amateur musicians.
The concert in Paarl will be from 18:30 to 20:30 and tickets are R40 (scholars/pensioners R25).
