Property channel launches franchises

Property Channel, a Stellenbosch based company and newest addition to the real estate market, recently launched an exciting franchise opportunity for agents wanting to start their own real estate agencies.
The Property Channel initially started off as a 24-hour hotel channel, promoting real estate to guests in five star hotels country wide.
The system is currently being installed in 42 hotels throughout Southern Africa, with 100 hotels being the aim by the end of 2006.
The strength of the Property Channel lies in its strong branding and marketing plan. The Property Channel features weekly on local television as the main sponsor of the popular Hooked on Golf series on Channel 35 Wednesday evenings at 21:30.
The Property Channel Is also one of the main sponsors of the National Inflatable Boat Racing Series broadcast on Super Sport.
The Property Channel franchises will also receive exposure at the Hooked on Golf corporate golf days, as Hooked on Golf is also one of the companies in the group.
The turnkey franchise fee of R250 000 (excl VAT) will cover all the design and decor of each agency as well as all furniture, computers, software, signs, telephone system, website and even the launch party.
Franchise opportunities are currently available in Paarl, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Strand, Hermanus, Franschhoek, Gordon’s Bay, Bellville and Durbanville, soon to be expanding to the rest of the country.
