MARIEKE KRUGER, is offering two full day master classes in drawing at the Jack Meyer Art Centre in Paarl on two consecutive Saturdays, 14 and 21 August, from 09:00 to 16:00.
The initial theme will be panoramic landscape drawings with the focus on the use of charcoal, pen and ink wash. The cost per day is R200 for members of the Stellenbosch Arts Association and R220 for non-members. A deposit of R50 is required.

) Lorraine Blumer is presenting a series of six lessons for beginners as well as more advanced students at the PJ Olivier Arts Centre in Stellenbosch from 14 August. Students will be allowed to choose their own topics.
The course entails the techniques of painting, focusing on tonal values, form and composition, using acrylic or oil paints.
The workshop will run on Saturday mornings from 14 August to 18 September from 09:00 to 11:30.
The cost for six lessons is R420 for members (R480 for non-members). A deposit of R50 is required.
