THE Frank Pietersen Music Centre presents a reunion weekend from 20 to 22 August in celebration of their 40th anniversary, including a celebration concert. All former students and former teachers are welcome to join in the festivities.
On Friday 20 August at 19:00 the Centre will host a picnic dance at the Paarl Town Hall, where the band Tulips will perform. Tickets are R80 per person. Bring a picnic basket with own refreshments.
On Saturday 21 August a bring and braai will be held at 19:00 at the music centre.
On Sunday 22 August at 18:00 the centre will be staging the 40th Anniversary Celebration Concert in the Paarl Town Hall, during which former students will join Frank Pietersen’s Youth Orchestra and their three choirs for massed performances.
