* Smouse: die maklikste uitweg vir die Munisipaliteit is om smouse te skuif , want hul kan nie orde handhaaf in middedorp nie.
* Smouse: Ons Raad is ’n belediging vir die Paarl - net een dag geen smouse, maar wat, die volgende dag is hul terug op hul pos.
* I was a policeman in Paarl about 1992 when the hawkers started moving in. Do you want to tell me 18 years later Paarl Municipality can still not do anything about it? This would never happen in New Zealand, where I now live. Good luck!
