THE Paarl East police are still investigating a murder which took place on 17 April 2001.
On this day, Ismail Pibakwelane was stabbed to death on an open piece of land opposite Magnolia flats.
The testimony of eyewitnesses, Victoria Diabago and Johanna van Hart, is needed to complete the investigation, but the two women have since disappeared.
