AN exciting experience is awaiting food lovers with the opening of a new restaurant on La Motte Wine Estate in the Franschhoek Valley.
From Saturday 4 September the doors of the Pierneef à La Motte Restaurant will welcome visitors with Cape Winelands Cuisine.
The restaurant boasts a large collection of paintings by one of South Africa’s greatest masters, artist Jacob Hendrik Pierneef (also featured on labels of the Estate’s premium wine range).
The design theme of the restaurant is Cape Dutch with a contemporary touch. The chef is Chris Erasmus, formerly executive chef of Ginja restaurant.
Pierneef à La Motte Restaurant will be open for breakfast from Friday to Sunday, lunch from Mondays to Sundays and also for dinner from Thursdays to Saturdays.
