A YOUNG man died in Mbekweni this weekend, shortly after a ritual cleansing ceremony.
Luzuko Ndzuzo (24) participated in the ceremony together with a group of young men. At the end of the ritual, they were required to eat raw meat. After this Ndzuzo went for a drink of water. He had apparently started to choke on the meat, and died on the scene.
