KWV excelled with three gold medals at the MUNDUSvini International Wine Awards held in Germany, as well as two medals at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in London during October.
The Mentors range secured two gold medals for the Sauvignon Blanc 2009 and Orchestra 2008, as well as gold for the Cathedral Cellar Pinotage 2008.
The MUNDUSvini International Wine Awards is the largest officially recognised international wine competition held under the patronage of the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV) for wines from all wine-growing regions in the world.
To complete the winning ways of KWV The Mentors brand, the Shiraz 2007 secured for itself the “Best in Class” award at this year’s International Wine and Spirit Competition in London, with the KWV Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2009 hot on its heels, also awarded a “Best in Class” award.
