Busisiwe's dream comes true

Busisiwe Zinqu recently welcomed more than 300 guests and dignitaries to the municipal clinic in Mooiwater, for the launch of the Franschhoek HIV/Aids Centre.
Motivated by her own HIV status, Busisiwe, started dreaming of an HIV/Aids centre in 2002.
Awareness, education and support to people living with HIV/Aids in Franschhoek came a priority, which she passionately and successfully pursued.
The day of the launch her dream came true.
There were speeches from municipal and health authorities, from Stellenbosch and Paarl and the TAC, all emphasising the need to support this HIV/Aids initiative in the Franschhoek communities.
There were also dancing, and choir singing from local school children.
