WE wish we had not been so trusting in employing someone from an advertisement in Paarl Post - without following up promptly on her references! Abigail was very pleasant and efficient at the start, so that we were disarmed. But it didn’t take long for her to steal my cell phone out of my cupboard and other things as well. During the short time she worked for us, she always left with her bag bulging and packets she hadn’t arrived with! More fool us - but do a reference check before giving anyone the run of your house. Beware of Abigail - her cell number starts with 078 and ends with 7865. Disillusioned
