THE Franschhoek ‘Magic of Bubbles’ Cap Classique and Champagne Festival is taking place on 3, 4 and 5 December.
The festival allows visitors the opportunity to taste Champagne and Cap Classique wines. The centrepiece of the festival will be a grand marquee on the lawns surrounding the Huguenot Monument, where Cap Classique and Champagne stalls will be interspersed with restaurants offering delicacies to match.
CODA will set the tone for the celebrations on the Saturday and Sunday.
The festival opens from 18:00 to 30:00 on the Friday, and between 12:00 and 18:00 on both the Saturday and the Sunday.
The theme for the festival is black and white, with a prize being awarded to the best dressed couple every day of the festival.
