THE Frank Pietersen Music Centre will hold a Christmas Picnic Concert on Saturday 4 December from 17:00 till 19:00. This will be an ideal event to end off the festivities of this 40th anniversary year.
Everyone is invited to bring a picnic basket and come and enjoy all the well-known Christmas tunes on the premises of the Music Centre.
The youth orchestra will also perform the famous ‘O Sole Mio’ with our own Three Tenors as well as the well-known Frank Sinatra song ‘My Way’ in collaboration with the Singing department.
Other groups to perform are the brass ensemble, wind band, various string ensembles, children’s choir, adult choir and singing ensemble. Tickets are R30 (R10 for learners). Book at 021-872-2123.
