THE SPCA appeals to the public to think of their furry friends before heading off for a holiday or weekend. Animals are often left alone at home without adequate shelter, food or water.
If proper precautions cannot be made to see to them when the owners are away, pets can be kept in a safe environment at the boarding kennels of the SPCA at a small fee.
