Two die in violence

TWO people were once again stabbed to death last weekend, presumably due to domestic violence. Early on Sunday evening, Mbekweni police were summoned to Drommedaris Street. On their arrival they were directed to a shack in Neder Park. Here they found the body of Portia Gunya (22) who had been stabbed in the arm and thigh. Her boyfriend, Xolile Kona (25), was arrested at the scene. In Paarl East, a Sofia Brown was arrested after her husband, Paul Cupido, died from knife wounds.
