Committee elected to take care of older athletes

BOLAND Athletics recently held a special general meeting to elect a Masters committee that will represent the interests of Boland athletes older than 40 years (master athletes). The masters committee elected are Noël Daniels (chairperson/convenor Wellington AC), KP Bruiners (secretary, Correctional Services AC), Basil Jantjies (chairperson cross country Correctional Services AC), Jenifer Daniels (chairperson road running Wellington AC and Henry Mathews (chairperson track and field Paarl AC). This committee will organise track and field, cross country and road running races for master athletes. They will also select teams that will represent Boland Athletics for the National Masters Championships.
