THE Paarl Tourism Association has extended the deadline for entries for their photographic competition through its Facebook page “Paarl Rocks!” to the end of March.
You can only enter if you are a fan of “Paarl Rocks!”
The categories are for high school learners Grade 10 to 12, Open Category for students and adults and the themes for photographs are: (a) Heritage and Culture, (b) Paarl in Action – any activity and (c) The Beauty of Paarl – still life.
Only one photo for each of the above themes must be posted. Only jpeg low resolution format photos will be allowed, more or less 300kb in size. Each photo must stipulate the date, time and place that the photo was taken. The closing date is 12 noon on Thursday 31 March. The prizes up for grabs are digital cameras, a course in photography, photo-shoots and printing vouchers.
