LEGAL AID South Africa has stepped up its efforts to render quality legal services and its accessibility to its clients by converting its call centre number from a shared to a toll free number. By simply dialling 0800-110-110 toll free, many South Africans will now be able to get first level legal advice on civil matters involving children, family law and land issues.
The Legal Aid advice line was established to address the growing demand for civil legal aid. It is also an extension of Legal Aid South Africa’s service delivery model, which includes over 120 offices countrywide, as well as the judicare system.
