CELEBRATE Easter in style at Laborie Wine Farm for the inaugural ‘Easter with Laborie’ on Saturday 16 April.
This pre-Easter celebration will have fun activities for young and old. Kiddies’ activities will be available from 15:00 and include an Easter egg hunt, a special appearance by the Easter Bunny, Easter egg decorating and card-making demonstration, as well as a movie. Adults can look forward to a wine and chocolate pairing, food stalls, live entertainment by the popular Gerald Clarke and The Studebakers, superb wines, bubbly and cocktails which will be on offer.
A silent charity auction of Easter eggs, decorated especially for the event by some of South Africa’s top chefs will also take place. These chocolate eggs have been made for the event by partners Danver Windvogel and Denver Adonis of Huguenot Fine Chocolates, each individually crafted from delectable Belgian chocolate.
Gates open at 15:00 with the entrance fee for adults at R100. This includes five tasting coupons, a tasting glass and a bottle of wine per person (upon departure). Free for children under 18. Tickets are available from www.webtickets.co.za.
