Cross-cuntry relay at Allandale

THE JW Sinclair 5x3km cross-country relay will start on 27 April at 10:00 at the Alandale Correctional Centre in Paarl. The closing date for entries is today at 14:00, but late entries will be accepted on the race day at R100 (seniors) and R50 (juniors) between 08:00 en 09:00. Each team consists of five runners/walkers doing one lap of 3km. Athletes can enter in 15 different categories.
