FIVE leading executive chefs have offered their expertise to create an exceptional five course meal for the fifth ‘Big 5 Multiple Sclerosis Luncheon’, taking place on Sunday 29 May at Grande Provence in Franschhoek.
The line-up of Chefs include Darren Roberts from Grande Provence who will head up the team, Michel Louws from the Estate’s sister property, Huka Lodge in New Zea-land, Rudi Liebenberg from the Mount Nelson, Gregory Czarnecki from Waterkloof Estate and Roland Gorgosilich from Grande Roche.
“Each of the Chefs will prepare one of his favourite courses to complement the new Grande Provence wines and I’m sure we will have fun during the tasting process. It will be the first time for Michel Louws in South Africa and we look forward to him being a part of this event,” said Executive Chef at Grande Provence, Darren Roberts.
“Through the marriage of great food and wine alongside an incredible auction with local entertainers performing, we hope this in some way puts Multiple Sclerosis in the spotlight in South Africa,” Roberts said.
May is also the worldwide Multiple Sclerosis Month.
