Zorgvliet launches flagship range

THE historic Zorgvliet wine estate in the Banhoek Valley near Stellenbosch have launched the maiden vintages in their flagship Zorgvliet range as well as the latest vintages in the Silver Myn range.
The working wine estate was named as one of the country’s most successful cellars last year and continues to produce award-winning wines.
The flagship Zorgvliet range consists of a Zorgvliet Sauvignon Blanc 2004 and 2005, a Zorgvliet Shiraz 2003 and a Zorgvliet Cabernet Sauvignon 2003.
The Zorgvliet Cabernet Sauvignon embodies the unique terroir of the Banhoek Valley and delivers massive structure with elegance and balance.
The coffee stone soil down on the floor of the valley also gives the Zorgvliet Shiraz its unique flavours and integrated palate.
The Silver Myn range consists of a Dry Rosé 2005, a Sauvignon Blanc 2005 and Chardonnay 2005 as well as a Cabernet Sauvignon 2003, a Merlot Cabernet Franc 2003 and a Cabernet Franc 2004, Petit Verdot 2004 and Shiraz 2004.
