MOUNTAIN bikers from around South Africa will again be able to enjoy exciting rides and good wine when the Boschendal Wine Estate hosts the annual Cape Argus Pick ’n Pay Mountain Bike Challenge this Sunday. Participants can choose from three route options - a 13km, 26km and 55km route. The routes take riders through vineyards, fynbos, shallow rivers, orchards and farmlands allowing them the opportunity to navigate steep hill climbs and a couple of adrenalin pumping descents. Pre-entries have already closed, but late entries will be accepted at registration. Please note that entries are limited to 1500 riders. Registration will be open all day at the Dirtopia Trail Centre near Stellenbosch on Saturday and at Boschendal on Sunday from 07:00 to 08:00. Visit the website www.mtbchallenge.co .za or contact the organisers on 884-4752 for more information.
