AN evening of music, food and wine, starring Petronelle Baard, will be presented on 23 June at Festa restaurant at Kleinevalleij in Wellington in aid of Amado’s animal assisted therapy for children.
At Amado in Paarl, vulnerable children are given structured daily programs of animal assisted therapy that provide stimulation especially for the abused, traumatised, physically and multiply disabled children they care for.
Children at Amado are given a great opportunity to function and interact with their environment and reach their potential and future independence.
