THE annual heritage lecture series presented by the Drakenstein Heritage Foundation, starts at the Hout Street Gallery in Paarl on 21 July.
) On 21 July Dr Gwen Fagan will discuss the 18th century garden at Welgelegen in Mowbray.
) On 28 July Geoff Burr will talk on Art Nouveau Sculpture and Metalwork.
) On 4 August Peter Merrington will talk about Robert Gwelo Goodman and the Tongaat Vision (1930 to the present day).
) On 11 August, Tony Rebelo will present a talk titled Fynbos & Follies: Are we Loving Fynbos to Death?
Lectures start at 20:00 and cost R35 each (R30 for members) or R100 for all four lectures.
