Paarl East post office the best

THE Paarl East Post Office has won awards for Customer Service Excellence and Operational Excellence in the awards ceremony of the Post Office.
Winners for the customer service awards are identified by the customers who complete the form available in branches. The number of acknowledgements and complaints are also taken into consideration.
A minimum score of 90 percent is required to qualify for any award.
Here Dan Mbatha, general manager Operations at SA Post Office Consumer Services, hands the awards to Paul Jacobs, acting area manager. In the Western Cape, the South African Post Office has 195 branches with 826 employees.
