CELEBRATE heritage and National Braai Day on Saturday 24 September at the Laborie Lazy Days Market on Laborie Wine Farm in Paarl South.
Visitors will have the opportunity to ‘Buy a Braai’, purhase meat and have it prepared whilst leisurely browsing the stalls.
Well-known chef Duncan Doherty, will do the honours. A percentage of proceeds raised will be donated to a local charity.
Laborie wines will also be available to purchase and enjoy on the day.
This laid-back market offers visitors a varied selection of lifestyle goods ranging from freshly baked breads, delicious confectionary, aromatic coffee, cheese, olives, charcuterie and other local produce.
There will also be children’s entertainment and live music. A selection of beers will also be on offer at the market.
For this special occasion, the market will be open from 09:00 until 14:00.
