This position is available at a large food manufacturing company supplying a major retailer with ready meals.
Requirements:
Matric, 2-3 years experience in the processing of meat and meat cuts
Exposure to the food industry (retail or food manufacturing)
Excellent communication skills
Main focus:
Processing and preparation of meat
Maintenance of quality standards
Monitoring stock levels
Training of staff
Liaison with production planners and buyers
