New erven on river released

THE Boschenmeer Golf and Country Estate in Paarl has released phase 9, the second last residential phase of the development.
An exclusive node located on the Berg River boundary of the estate, this is the last pocket of residential plots to be developed on the security golf estate.
The new release comprises of 29 single residential erven between 400 mē and 633 mē, which are on sale for between R650 000 and R950 000. Demand has been keen and several of the plots have already been sold on a prior reservation basis.
Located between fairways one, two and nine of the first nine holes of the established 27-hole golf course, this unique pocket will have no through traffic and a secluded island-like atmosphere, complete with its own access road and controlled access. Construction of the first homes is expected to commence in April 2006.
Set in a landscaped environment framed by mature trees, the plots have an elevated position above the 50 year floodline, ensuring uninterrupted views of the golf course, the Berg River and surrounding countryside and winelands.
Special features include exquisite views of the mountains from east-facing properties, while west-facing properties are within 100 metres from the Berg River, with Paarl Rock as backdrop.
