Looking for friend

I HAVE lived in Canada since 1966 and am looking for an old friend.
I am a retired school teacher and an alumnus (’58) of the Paul Roos Gymnasium in Stellenbosch.
Since 1958 I’ve lost contact with a friend, who I understand, lives in Paarl. His name is Jaap van Deventer.
Is there a chance that someone might know where he is and send me his address?
