DRUMSTICKS signed by Alex Van Halen and a Monty Python T-shirt are items that go under the hammer on Sunday 9 April at the 2006 Nederburg Auction Rare South African Finds charity event.
All proceeds will be shared by Hospice Palliative Care Association of South Africa, Organ Donor Foundation and an AIDS-HIV-support NGO, called Mothers2Mothers.
Other celebrity lots include a soccer jersey signed by football great Pelé, a boxing glove autographed by boxing impresario Don King, an Osbourne Family T-shirt signed by father Ozzy, a shirt designed and autographed by actress Whoopi Goldberg, Desperate Housewives memorabilia autographed by the cast, a 2005 World Cup Under 21 Rugby shirt signed by all the team members and a personal cricket coaching clinic with the Kirsten brothers.
The line-up of items to be auctioned by Stephan Welz after a gourmet braai include a range of upmarket hospitality packages at hotels, spas and lodges.
Adventure-seekers can bid on a tandem sky dive, a trip round the Peninsula in a light aeroplane or a helicopter ride.
A designer donated a three-hour interior design consultation and the seven established designers participating in the Rare South African Fashion Finds Show, which marks the grand finale to the charity day, have each dressed up a bottle of the 2003 Nederburg Private Bin Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tickets through Computicket at R500 a head.
