I THINK most people are dismayed at this extreme case of in-your-face arrogance - the house being constructed high on Paarl Mountain above Tarryn Close.
The visual pollution of this very prominent blot on our landscape will be there for all to see for years to come. It almost eclipses the Boland Bank skyscraper which has been an eyesore for almost 50 years.
