Paarl Museum to be rejuvenated
2006-04-12
IDEAS and plans are currently being formulated to merge Paarl Museum’s historical data with that of modern day technology.
Future plans include the introduction of multi-media facilities, the updating of historical content and the formulation of exciting new ways to educate young and old in the colourful history of Paarl.
At the forefront is the dedicated Paarl Museum’s administration team. Recently Michael Janse van Rensburg has been instated as the new Acting Museum Manager.
He promises to bring back new life into the ancient artifacts and to formulate new strategies which would make the Paarl Museum appealing to all ages and to all groups.
In 2006 Paarl Museum wants to develop a new fascination with history within the community and to increase its always active involvement with the community and other organisations.
