Paarl plays host to Sunshine Golf Tour

THE Paarl Golf Club will play host to the SAA Pro-Am Invitational next week.
Professional golfers from all over the country will be playing for total prize money exceeding R300 000 from Monday to Saturday in this event which forms part of the South African Sunshine Tour.
The players will have to negotiate their balls between the abundance of trees that line the fairways as well as some spectacular water features.
Paarl Golf Club is one of the oldest clubs in the Western Cape and has recently been refurbished to 27 holes.
The public has a great opportunity to view all the action right here on their doorstep.
Full catering facilities will be made available to all and spectators will be granted free entry to view all the golfing action.
On Wednesday the first players will tee off at 10:00. Tee-off for the following days will commence at 08:00.
