IN the run up to South Africa’s largest food, wine and lifestyle celebration, The Good Food & Wine Show at Cape Town International Convention Centre from 18 to 21 May, enjoy Restaurant Week from 8 to 21 May, with special prices at restaurants!

All participating eateries and menus are on the Gourmet Festival website, www.gourmetsa.com, or call 084-565-0069.

Local participants are Laborie, French Connection, Boschendal, Haute Cabriere and Le Verger at Le Franschhoek.

* Laborie's lunch menu includes a starter (sweet potato & sesame cake topped with smoked ostrich carpaccio) and a main course of snoek pie with apricot ice cream, as well as a glass of wine for R85.
