Bodybuilders parade on Saturday

MOUNDS of glistening muscle will be paraded on stage when the Carl Fredericks Memorial Bodybuilding Championships take place in Paarl on Saturday.
It will be the second time the Paarl Physical Culture Club will host this competition.
The Mr and Miss Paarl contest which will be incorporated in the championships, is open to all residents in Paarl.
The weigh-in starts at 09:00 with the pre-judging at 10:00 on Saturday morning at the Huguenot Community Hall.
The competition itself will start at 19:00.
