Enviro workshop for Winelands

The Cape Winelands District Municipality has embarked on a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) for its area of jurisdiction. The CSIR will undertake the SEA with the purpose of developing a strategy and management plan for the effective maintenance and enhancement of key ecosystem services within the District.
All stakeholders, government departments, NGOs and other interested and affected parties are invited to attend a Scoping Workshop on 16 May from 09:00 to 16:00 at the district municipality office in Trappe Street, Worcester.
The main purpose of this workshop is to identify the key issues and strategic options to be considered in the SEA.
