ADHD workshop will look at diet

WHILST medication plays a huge role in the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), there are also other factors that can assist in the treatment of this disorder.
Concentrating on lifestyle, namely ensuring that the child gets enough sleep, does regular exercises and eats nutritionally healthy foods.
An ADHD workshop will be held on Saturday 27 May at the Lochnerhof Primary School, Strand, from 09:00 to 12:00.
They will investigate the benefits of a good diet and the use of supplementation. The main speaker will be Craig Tomlinson of Sportron.
