New clubhouse complete

THE Pearl Valley Golf Estate will open a brand new R50 million clubhouse overlooking the 9th and 18th greens of its championship golf course in the near future.
To celebrate this milestone in the development’s history, an introductory promotion in the form of reduced green fees is being offered to visiting golfers.
The special offer runs from 21 May until 31 August, when green fees will be reduced to R290 per person from the normal rate of R500. Members will also enjoy special rates for their guests.
The new 6500m² clubhouse will house state-of-the-art amenities on a scale never before seen in the Western Cape, which residents will be able to use as an extension of their homes. A fully equipped gymnasium with state-of-the-art exercise equipment; health, hair and beauty salons; Pilates studio; an arts and crafts centre; and crèche operated by Bridge House, as well as a Pro Shop offering leading brand golfing equipment, are just some of its outstanding features.
Other features include: three swimming pools with a large barbeque area, a pavilion with seating facilities and an inviting lawn where a marquee may be erected for weddings, functions and corporate events.
Pearl Valley’s 18-hole golf course designed by renowned ‘Golfer of the Century’ Jack Nicklaus, is a world-class facility.
