THE Community Action Network of Paarl (CAN) held a lunch for senior citizens recently.
The main priority of CAN is to assist children and pensioners in the community.
They have a feeding scheme for 100 children every day and would like to start a day care centre as well.
CAN recently joined forces with the Mustadafin Foundation of Cape Town recently.
The Foundation will help them with future projects such as job creation, self-employment, life skills and a youth centre.
Mustadafin also sponsored the lunch for the aged.
