ACCOLADES for the winemaking talents of Bruwer Raats of Raats Family Wines continue to pour in.

The latest international acclaim for the independent winery comes from renowned British wine writer Tim Atkins, who recently included the Raats Chenin Blanc 2005 in his “Definitive Dozen” in an article for The Observer newspaper.

In the article Atkins reckoned that although Chenin Blanc from South Africa is not yet as well known as the best stuff from the Loise, it should be.
