THE Drakenstein Heritage Foundation will present an interesting lecture series in August, every Thursday evening at 20:00 at the Hout Street Gallery.
On 10 August, Prof Neville Dubow will talk on art in architecture.
On 17 August Basil le Corduer will discuss the Diaries of Lady Anne Barnard.
On 24 August John Almond will discuss the unique plant life in the Karoo, and on 31 August Freddie Simpson will talk about the history of Pniel.
Lectures cost R25 each (R80 for the series) including refreshments.
