THE MEC for Agriculture in the Western Cape, Cobus Dowry, has announced the development of an Agricultural Human Capital Development Strategy.
It will create awareness among the youth regarding the scope of careers that agriculture offers.
It focuses on scarce skills and occupational categories such as veterinarians, agricultural engineers and agricultural economists.
