AFTER heavy rains in the Franschhoek area, the level of the Wemmershoek Dam has risen to nearly 92% and water restrictions might be lifted soon.
Although most of the week has been cool, and today will still be partly cloudy (20 degrees), the weather is expected to clear up tomorrow. Sunshine (23 degrees) is forecast for Saturday, with showers returning on Sunday.
